—— Memorandum dated 22 Jan. 1835, in the hand of ?, with notes by James Watt jr. at the end. The memorandum is titled:
‘Memoranda of the early years of Mr Watt, by his Cousin Mrs Marion Campbell (born Muirheid, daughter of his Mother’s brother) who was his companion in youth & friend through life; dictated to and written down by her daughter Miss Jane Campbell in 1798.’
