Sir, The trust accounts have at length been settled, & considering the trouble that was given you in examining & explaining them beyond what could have been fairly expected, & since, though they were strictly trust accounts, yet mine also were involved in them, I send you a cheque for £30, as some remuneration to you for your time & trouble in the matter.
