Dear Sir
Referring you to the enclosed Note to you from Mr. Jones Wilkinson, received this morning, I shall be obliged to you to furnish me, as usual, with the total House Expenditure, including Mr Langdon's and the Balance of his Petty Cash in hand. I shall also require to have under Land Agency your amt. of rents received, lost, unoccupied Houses & arrears up to 22nd. Sept. Should there be any time for making up the Mint books I can ask you for particulars hereafter.
I must also trouble you for the amount of Cash, Cheques & Bills with which you charge yourself on Rents & Repairs Account.
