Description[By reaching town on Thursday perhaps you may get to speak with Mr. A. or Lord H[awkesbury] on Saturday. I cannot form a good opinion of what will be the result of the present dispute about the possessions on the N. W. Coast of America. We know the Spaniards to be an obstinate race of people, and I judge the language of our Court to have been very high to them. The Royalists in France must look to a war as the only chance of establishing kingly power again and possibly they may succeed in bringing that country into it as an ally of Spain.]
