Two of the four Shares you are so good to hold for me, belong to Mr. Jos: Barker of Birmingham. He is desirous of redeeming them directly; therefore I must intreat you, to take the trouble of settling the account with him, and receiving the Money.
The Balance due to me, is four hundred & twenty five Pounds. This I will beg the favour of you to receive, and transmit to me in London, by a Bill upon any of your correspondents. I am with the greatest sincerity
