I have only time to say that the Albion Co. wish very much to have you in Town, for a few Days during the time this Charter is depending, the nature of the Business is so Critical that Messrs. Bates Frere & myself wish much for your assistance, and as it's about the time of your going into Cornwall I hope it would not be attended with much inconvenience to you I have been in Hampshire almost 3 Weeks & have been returned only a few Days-your Book of Drawings of Albion Mill are compleated-& I have also some Samples of Iron from Cart & Jellicoe both of which I shall send you immediately
I have proposed a consultation with Mr. Scott our Council previous to the hearing before the Attorney & Sollicitor General which was fixed for Wednesday Evening next, but I understand from Mr. Dunn that the Attorney of the Millers &c has desired further time
