| Description | Sir, My friend* has not yet seen the Master of the Mint, and, till he has, can form no opinion upon the subject. The mode of petition he thinks the most regular, if the provision extends only to particular places. The Sheffield people must therefore do as they think most adviseable, after weighing the several consequences of each method of proceeding.
