| Description | Dear Friend, With this I send copy of your oath relative to my claim upon the seperate effects of Charles Gascoigne for £21,425. 16. 6, and of the accounts there refered to marked A and B, and of your letter to Mr. Mackenzie of the 24th April. I had sent them sooner but I waited for an answer from Edinburgh to a little inaccuracey, which I did not receive untill last night. I am ever affectionately and gratefully your, &c., Samuel Garbett
