The sets of Copies were each contained in a yellow paper wrapper (see 133 and 162 below). Under M. R. Boulton’s scheme of arrangement the file was placed in Box M. III.
In the following list, the copy documents are all press-copies, unless stated otherwise; the summaries in quotation-marks are taken from the contemporary dockets.
