Respected Sir,
I have the mortification to inform you, by desire of Mr. Küchler, that the Half Pie Die has cracked in the hardening and cannot be replaced in less than a week.-In order that you may see how far the corrections have been accomplished to your wish, an impression of the said Die is herein inclosed.
