| Description | "Half-pie die nearly complete. The lathe copies of the pie also finished. Saddle-house painting to be complete on Saturday."
Soho, March 7th, 1809. Respected Sir, Agreeably to the intimation given you in Mr. Brown's letter by this day's post, you have herewith 8 Letters, No. 1 a 8, and two for your Servant. The Half Pie Die is this Evening put in the polisher's hand, and I was in hopes that a specimen of it would have accompanied this, but Mr. Küchler states that it cannot possibly be ready before to-morrow. The obverse and reverse of the Pie, as far as the office of the Lathe is concerned, are completed. Mr. Bownas desires me to inform you that he has received your letter respecting the Seals and will reply by to-morrow's post. The painting of the Saddle House will be completed, I believe, on Friday, or, at farthest, on Saturday next. I remain, Respected Sir, your oblig'd and obedient Servant, Wm. Cheshire M. Robinson Boulton, Esqr. Bath [Edited transcript.]
