I have spoke to Mr Whately respecting the Rookery. There are 9½ Acres of Land. The price he asks is 55 Gns per An’. & he will let it from Midsr. for three years certain. He says the land is in very high Condition, & he was offer’d that Rent for it (when his brother took it) by Mr. Timmins.
