Description‘The Letters which are destined for Russia &c are always forwarded via Hambro being the most direct route consequently Mr Bs letter to St Petersburg went by that route if the Hambro Mail was dispatched but it is understood last Tuesdays Mail was kept back until the arrival of the next mail from thence, fearing from the late reports that the French may probably be in possession of the place.’
