Mr Boulton having had a very general, but ineffectual, search after the undermentioned leases he has directed me to enquire if you can favr him with any Acc’t of them, as he considers it probable they may have been, by some accident, left out of the large bundle of writings relative to Soho Estate when sent from your office.
If fortunately they should lodge with you, Mr Boulton will thank you to inform him thereof at your earliest convenience.
