| Description | The house late Scale’s (Thornhill) is assured for £1500 till next Christmas. If Matthew Boulton wishes to add to the sum he may do so, and any unexpired time will be carried to his credit, but the premiums will henceforth be payable at Michaelmas. If Boulton wishes them to be payable at Christmas, like those for Soho House, the Manufactory, &c. he must pay 12 months’ premium. Asks Boulton to supply particulars of the sums to be assured for the house, coach house, stables, and other buildings (at Thornhill). |
