Date18 Jan 1809
Description(Marked “In his absence, Mr. Cheshire.)
Woodward has seen Farmer about the coach; he was no more encouraging than Hopkinson. However Farmer is willing to receive it and advertise it for sale, but doubts he will be able to get £50 for it, as there are so many coaches on the market, their use having been nearly superseded by the landau. He still thinks it is much more likely to find a buyer in Birmingham.
