DescriptionApologizes for not returning Killick’s letter by the last parcel, as instructed. Corrects a misunderstanding regarding Killick’s service with Mrs. Cartier and Commissioner Hope. Rennie has purchased a pipe of port-wine for James Watt and asked Woodward to pay Mr. Legg £50. The pipe for M. R. Boulton must be paid for to-morrow. Asks for instructions. (On the same sheet is a letter from Thomas Killick to Cheshire, dated at Newington, 26 Apr., being a reply to the advertisement for a gardener in the Birmingham Gazette, 20 Apr.)
