| Description | Advises balance of the account between Birmingham Warehouse and Manufactory, as it stands in the Birmingham Books at 31 Dec. It has not been checked against James Pearson’s books, and Pearson may absorb the whole balance into "the books belonging, solely to Mr. Boulton at Soho," as he did at the end of the year 1800. Advises totals of outstanding debts due to and from Birmingham Warehouse; the former include several bad or doubtful debts. Annexes statements of the following: account of Manufactory with Birmingham Warehouse, Jan.-Feb. 1802; receipts and payments of outstanding debts relative to Birmingham Warehouse, 31 Dec. 1801, Jan.-Feb. 1802; Bill account of M. & R. Boulton, J. & G. Watt, & Co. with Birmingham Warehouse, Feb. 1802. |
