Trustees met on an annual basis and were responsible for approving the budget for the coming year, the appointment of Trustees, the authorisation of room rentals by external organisations, the rental of the the three houses adjacent to the Hall, employing a caretaker, dealing with matters relating to the upkeep and maintenance of the building.
