| Description | At the Six Week Meeting of Class XVII of Severn Street Adult School, the Visiting Committee (which visited absent class members) read its report and visitors for the ensuing 6 weeks were appointed; reports of the Sick Club, the Class Fund, the Missionary Fund, and the Libary were read; new members to be admitted to the Sick Club were approved and the Auditor and Librarian Committees were appointed. The Meeting also planned the annual excursion, and approved proposals for new additions to the library and supplies such as ink to be bought for the Class.
At the Annual Meeting, annual reports were read, thanks were given to Officers and Committee members, new Officers and Committee members were elected for the following year, prize winners were announced and the meeting finished with a hymn and a short prayer.
