| Description | The agreements are contracted between the authors of the plays and the manager of the theatre for a stated fixed period of time. A sum is paid for the agreement and grants the manager exclusive rights to perform the play. If the play is not produced within the period, the licence reverts to the author. In addition, royalties are paid to the author as agreed on the gross receipts from the sale of seats and admissions or some other criteria.
These are listed in alphabetical order of play (not by year). |
