DescriptionThe Nominations and Arrangements Committee was a standing committee appointed to serve two key functions. It managed the process of seeking nominations for officers of the meeting, such as clerk, elder, overseer, treasurer, registering officer and for members of any other committees, working groups and so on. It was also responsible for setting the agenda and making the practical arrangements,such as finding speakers to give addresses on particular subjects, for the Quarterly Meeting.
