| Description | In 1939, a meeting was established for young Friends in East Warwickshire who were unable to participate in the activities organised by Birmingham Young Friends due to their distance from Birmingham. East Warwickshire Young Friends aimed to offer fellowship, the study of relevant issues, and opportunities for socialising. The group was dissolved in October 1944 as most of the members had grown up and had become involved in their own meetings or left the area, and there were few new young Friends of a suitable age to replace them. |
