| Description | Consists of annual statistical returns about membership within the North Warwickshire Monthly Meeting which included the following details: for each Preparative or allowed meeting, the number of male and female members, the number of members the previous year, the amount by which membership had increased or decreased. Statistics for the whole Monthly Meeting were also collected about the number of members abroad, listed by continent, the number of attenders, the number of new members and the method by which they became members (convincement, admission as minors, reinstatement, birthright), the number of members who left the Monthly Meeting (disownment, resignation, disassociation, death), the number of elders and overseers (male/female), the number of marriages and whether both parties, one party or neither party were members. These statistics were sent annually to the Quarterly Meeting by the Monthly Meeting clerk, and then collated and summarised into a format which could be sent and presented to Yearly Meeting.
