| Description | Minutes for Warwickshire Monthly Meeting were kept from 1693, but mainly comprise the minutes of Birmingham Preparative Meeting. In 1710, it absorbed Baddesley and Wigginshill Monthly Meetings and Hartshill, Fulford Heath, Henley-in-Arden and Lapworth Preparative Meetings were added in 1715. From this date, it was renamed Warwickshire North Monthly Meeting. In 1837, it merged with Warwickshire Middle Monthly Meeting and in 1937, it amalgamated with Warwickshire South Monthly Meeting at which point it reverted to its initial name of Warwickshire Monthly Meeting. After the re-organisation of the whole organisation in 2007, it became known as Central England Area Meeting.
The following meetings were held at various times within the boundaries of what came to be known as Warwickshire Monthly Meeting and its successors. The dates given below are approximate dates during which each meeting was thought to be in existence within these Monthly Meetings and does not specify if the meetings were Recognised, Allowed or Preparative Meetings as this is not always clear from the sources used. Due to administrative changes over the centuries, meetings may also exist/have existed under another Area/Monthly Meeting. Please note, this is not an exhaustive list and does not include the numerous mission halls and institutes which were in existence from the late 19th century onwards. See the relevant sections in SF/3 for further information about each meeting for which we hold records (records for some meetings have not survived but there may be references to them in the Quarterly (SF/1) and Monthly Meeting (SF/2) records).
