DescriptionA meeting house in Longbridge, with a capacity for 225 people, was built in 1878 in Longbridge Lane on land provided by Frederick Impey, costing £380. Missionary activity had started the previous year and by 1882, the meeting had 29 members and attenders. This rose to 53 in 1904, but by 1908 it had declined to 36 and by 1912, the meeting house was closed. From 1911 it was used by Christadelphians and Wesleyans, being bought by the former in 1953.

Among others, Longbridge Preparative Meeting was attended by members of the Impey family.
