| Description | The bundle includes a list of names of the Executive Committee of the Trustees of the Old Meeting Church, dated 15 February 1905; correspondence with Birmingham School Board and its successor, the Birmingham City Council Education Department, re use of Old Meeting Church Sunday School rooms; papers relating to the decoration of the Old Meeting Church, dated c1904; a number of accounts relating to building and maintenance works and fire insurance; correspondence including rough sketch re caretaker's house. The bundle has been kept in its original order. One group of papers was stored in a brown envelope containing additional notes and calculations. The envelope has been placed in an archival sleeve to protect the other documents in the bundle, but fastened to their respective papers as it contains contextual information about the records. |
