AdminHistoryThese bye-laws were allowed by the Local Government Board on 26 December 1899. The first six replaced earlier bye-laws made by Aston Manor Local Board of Health Acting as the Urban Sanitary Authority on 4 April 1882, and the last two were new bye-laws.
