The minutes include reports relating to the reorganisation of the Auxiliary Fire Service and proposed new stations, with financial statements (see minutes of meeting of 20 October 1939 (minute 2) in minute book BCC/1/AC/6/1/1), the reports to the secretary to a meeting of the three Chairmen of the service at Fire Brigade Headquarters relating to the operations of the Auxiliary Fire Service.
