Its purpose was to monitor the Rubery Hill Asylum building, to consider the administration, operation and procedural running of the institution, and to report back to the main committee. A sub-sub-committee was also appointed by the main sub-committee in February 1888 to consider new accommodation for the Rubery Hill and Hollymoor Asylums (see BCC/1/AF/5/1/1). |
