AdminHistoryThis sub-committee was appointed in March 1877, and comprised the Mayor and seven other members. Its purpose was to monitor the Rubery Hill Asylum building, to consider the administration, operation and procedural running of the institution, and to report back to the main committee. A sub-sub-committee was also appointed by the main sub-committee in February 1888 to consider new accommodation for the Rubery Hill and Hollymoor Asylums (see BCC/1/AF/5/1/1).
