AdminHistoryThis sub-committee was appointed in December 1881, and generally comprised of between four and seven members. Its purpose was to consider the administration, operation and procedural running of the Winson Green Asylum, and then to report to the main committee. It was appointed around the period that the committee opened Rubery Hill (see BCC/1/AF/3 Rubery Hill Sub-Committee minutes).
