Minutes BCC/1/AG/11/1/2 onwards are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/AG/37/1). The minutes include lists of appointments (with salaries), and general information about pay and grading scales, employment procedures, financial information and details regarding staff allowances, and quarterly progress reports. There is also an interesting report entitled 'The Nationality of Parents of Birmingham Children Born In 1961' in the minutes of the meeting for 2 July 1963 (minute 4240 and interleaved report no. 9) which were compiled by the Central Statistical Office (see BCC/1/AG/11/1/30), and there may be others interleaved with other minutes of this committee. |
