The minutes include memoranda from the chief officers and managers of the various Council departments relating to the purchasing of stores, the reports of the Officials' Advisory Committee, schedules of instructions, conditions, tenders and contracts, and accounts and summaries of stock purchased by the various departments. The minutes also include schedules of drugs purchased by the various city hospitals which fell under the remit of the Council and its respective committees. |
