| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/AG/37/1). The minutes include reports of joint conferences between members of the sub-committee and other partner committees (for example the Parks Committee and Public Works Committee), some fairly detailed information relating to staffing and appointments, financial information and income and expenditure sheets, and reports of the various ad hoc minor sub-committees who were appointed for specific large scale projects such as the Exhibition Hall and Birmingham Central Library, progress reports and tables of projects in hand for various building projects on behalf of Birmingham City Council and its committees, and schedules and reports for many of the post-war redevelopment areas earmarked for Birmingham by the Council. |
