A change in the sequence occurs in May 1967, where the original sequence is followed by another starting with minute 768, although the reason for this change is unclear. The minutes include tables detailing the composition of each Council committee, members of the Council and affiliated bodies wishing to sit on that committee, and members of each committee who wanted to retire or not be re-elected, as well as associated correspondence and additional information relating to appointments of individual committee members. |
