| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute books (see BCC/1/AH/18/1). The minutes mainly include lists of persons considered for positions within the Finance/Treasurer's Department, including name, age, section, qualifications, present position and grade, previous experience and general remarks, as well as associated correspondence and papers concerning staff appointments in the department. There are also annual reviews of salaries and summaries of recommendations with respect to proposed salary increases to staff for each financial year. |
