| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee chairman. Minutes BCC/1/AH/17/1/1 are in their own uniformly titled volume. Minutes BCC/1/AH/17/1/2 are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volume (see BCC/1/AH/18/1). The minutes include schedules of unpaid rents detailing specific cases, including names (usually male head of household), ages, children, occupations, rent paid, estimated weekly income, rates owed, costs and position at last meeting. There are also lists of warrants of commitment applied for, granted and returned and lists of cases where relief was granted to ratepayers due to economic hardship and other exemptions (i.e. charitable organisations). |
