| AdminHistory | Though there are currently no minutes prior to 1871, the Baths Sub-Committee was appointed, certainly by 1864, to examine issues regarding the baths and wash-houses function of the committee. These issues included staffing and recruitment, wages, advertising, bath buildings, furnishings and facilities, new bath projects, security, rules and regulations. The sub-committee would supply quarterly accounts to the Committee. In 1911 a Baths Committee was established in its own right (see BCC/1/BN). |
