| Description | The minutes are printed and signed by the committee chairman. The minutes are in the appropriately dated combined sub-committee minute volumes (see BCC/1/AM/26/1). The minutes include itineraries of visitors inspecting various properties which fell within the five Redevelopment Areas, with details on address, number of house on schedule, remarks and action taken. There are also lists of the decisions taken by the Chairman of the Estates Committee with regard to these properties, with the results of the decision concerning the tenancy ('Left in Possession', 'Succession' or ' Separation') for confirmation, lists of special cases and more detailed statements of cases referred to, and records of court order decisions to be taken, and lists of new keys available for property set aside for letting purposes. |
