| AdminHistory | The Finance and General Purposes Sub-Committee was appointed by the Estates and Burial Grounds Committee to advise it on financial matters, and any other specific purpose so requested. Such purposes included staff issues, appointments and accommodation. The sub-committee was disbanded in September 1939, but was reconstituted in December 1946, with the mandate to consider financial, staffing and accommodation matters not already delegated. This function had been originally allocated to the new, reconstituted Estates Sub-Committee in February 1946. |
