Documents TC 1148-1149 comprise two abstracts of the title [both dated 1852] of Messrs. Poller and Spence [to Freehold Land and Heridatements] and Mr. Ebenezer Robins respectively. Document TC 1150 comprises a copy will of Mr. William Owens dated 14 January 1875.
