Description	Bundle title from schedule of deeds deposited with at Birmingham City Council Town Clerk's Department in 1959 then received by Birmingham Reference Library [L/P (DM)]. The bundle includes numerous abstracts of the title, schedules of deeds, copy certification and other related papers, including two copy death certificates of Caroline Horton and Mary Horton, dated 20 and 22 September 1928 [Document TC 3682]. Document TC 3675 comprises five undated plans of the property.
