Minutes BCC/1/AO/7/1/2 and 4 - 98 are in the appropriately titled sub-committee minute volumes, although there is a significant gap in minute coverage between July 1928 and July 1955 (see BCC/1/AO/7/1/3). For sub-committee information prior to 1955 it is advisable to check the main committee minutes for sub-committee reports. The minutes include communications regarding sales of land and land acquired for public works and town planning purposes, details of tenancies and schedules of plans concerning property affected by various town planning schemes. There are also details of compensation payments made to business owners and property owners affected by the proposed schemes, as detailed in the respective applications. |
