The minutes dated August 1875 - March 1921 have their own separate index volumes (see BCC/1/AY/3/3/1 - 10) after which the volumes contain their own indexing systems. The minutes include detailed reports and correspondence concerning the negotiations that led to the centralisation of the municipal gas supply overseen by Birmingham Corporation (see particularly meeting of 28 July 1874, minute 36, in BCC/1/AY/2/1/1). |
