| Description | The volume comprises numbered colour plans relating to the various gas works purchased, followed by schedules of deeds and descriptions of land and property relating to each plan section. The plans show total acreage of each site, as well as gas towers, offices and buildings, adjoining property, road, railway and canal infrastructure. The sections coloured yellow define the extent of the freehold. The sections coloured green define the extent of the leasehold.
