The minutes were compiled in typescript format, and mainly comprise the names of teachers appointed, absences and resignations of teachers and details of the administration and supply of equipment to Domestic Subjects Centres. From 1927 duties in relation to the Provision of Meals are given including details of visits to Free Meals Centres and monthly Provision of Meals Returns detailing the number of children receiving Free Meals, together with the name of the centres and the names of the schools from which the children are drawn. Throughout the minute books there are occasional references to the names of children and the centre they attended. |
