The minutes are signed by the committee Chairman and appear in typescript format on loose sheets held in a green box file entitled 'Minutes Youth Service Advisory Committee from 1970 - ' on the side. The minutes contain programmes detailing of the funding provisions for individual projects at local youth clubs and centres, including the name of organisation, project details, projected cost and the possible Local Education Authority grant available; detailed applications for grants from individual organisations for the consideration of the sub-committee; the balance sheets of individual youth groups; lists of approved projects; details of Capital Youth Service and Community Centre Building Programmes for the coming financial year; and correspondence with the Department of Education and Science in London, builders and other companies regarding tenders for works and individual youth and community groups.
