The minutes of each sub-sub-committee were written chronologically as it sat, and no clear division exists in the minute books between these sub-sub-committees; for example, in minute volume BCC/1/BH/4/7/1/2 the Evening Classes (Reorganisation) Sub-Committee minutes for January 1912 - February 1912 (numbers 1 - 9) followed by the Evening Classes (Reorganisation) Sub-Committee minutes for March 1912 (numbers 10 - 22), and so on. The haphazard arrangement of the minute books is not reflected in the catalogue entries for each volume, which lists each committee in chronological order according to the earliest minutes in each book, highlighting overall date and minute coverage. |
