| Description | Minute volumes indexed except for BCC/1/BH/7/1/1/1, although a separate index for this book does survive (see BCC/1/BH/7/1/2/1). The minutes for each meeting are signed by the committee Chairman. The minutes are handwritten until November 1914 after which date they were compiled in typescript format. The minute books were originally accessioned under the reference MS 229.
