| Description | Many or all the minutes of the sub-committees that reported to the Public Health Committee, and its predecessors, were bound together into single minute volumes, in accordance with the date coverage of the meetings. The description of each combined sub-committee minute book lists the title of each committee, minute numbers, and date coverage. The combined sub-committee minutes dated November 1945 - October 1946 have been bound together to form two minute volumes, but have been given the one reference code BCC/1/BM/14/1/30 to reflect the uniform date coverage of the minutes. The catalogue description of the volumes still presents the extent and format of the archival unit as two volumes. |
